Amal Kooheji is one of Bahrain’s leading voices in human-capital development, women’s empowerment, and organisational transformation. With over 32 years of experience in national workforce development, leadership advisory, and culture design, including her role as former COO of Tamkeen, Amal has shaped leadership ecosystems across the GCC.
As Managing Partner at The Talent Hub Advisory, Amal designs and delivers large-scale leadership journeys for major institutions in banking, energy, FMCG, government, investment and family business sectors across Bahrain and the GCC. Her work includes culture transformation, succession planning, emotional-intelligence journeys, growth-mindset programmes and women’s leadership intensives.
She has personally facilitated 250+ leadership workshops during her career, coached hundreds of managers and executives, and has only recently launched her company the Talent hub, which has designed multi-phase leadership journeys for organisations such as: Al Salam Bank, BMMI, Bapco Energies, BBK, KFH, Osool and more.
Amal has recently co-authored of Seen Yet Silent, which is her 4th published book; a powerful and deeply honest account of the lived experiences of women in the Arab world. The book combines psychological insight, cultural truth and coaching wisdom, giving voice to the internal battles and invisible ceilings women face in their leadership journeys.
Her work blends neuroscience, emotional intelligence, cultural insight, and real coaching practice to help women step into leadership with confidence, voice, authenticity and power. Amal is known for her warm presence, sharp clarity, deep empathy, and transformational facilitation style.
Rula Husseini

Rula Husseini is a highly experienced behavioural coach and leadership-development practitioner who has dedicated more than 23 years to empowering leaders across the Middle East. With over 4,000 hours of professional coaching, she is recognised for her ability to unlock potential, shift deeply rooted beliefs, and enable sustainable behavioural change.
Rula has coached leaders, managers and high-potential talent across government, banking, energy, healthcare, aviation, and corporate sectors. Her work focuses on emotional intelligence, personal transformation, mindset reframing, and women’s leadership.
She is especially known for creating safe, empowering, psychologically grounded spaces where women can explore identity, self-worth, voice, and confidence without fear of judgement or cultural mismatch.
Rula is the co-author of Seen Yet Silent, where she brings to life the real, raw stories of women in the Arab world, stories gathered from coaching rooms, private conversations, and corporate experiences. Her writing and coaching shed light on the silent burdens, societal expectations and internal battles many women carry, and offers a path toward emotional liberation and leadership strength.
